Citrus Gift Ice Cream celebrates UC Riverside’s citrus legacy through a collaboration between UC Riverside Dining Services and Coney Island Creamery. Crafted in small batches, these specialty flavors feature citrus handpicked by UCR Dining staff from the Givaudan Citrus Variety Collection, one of the world’s most diverse citrus collections. Many flavors also incorporate honey harvested on campus from the Center for Integrative Bee Research.
Flavor highlights have included citrus medleys, Yuzu Matcha and Honey Rose Pistachio, bringing UCR’s agricultural research to life through handcrafted ice cream.
